1. CONCEPT DESIGN
During this phase, we will tour the home/spaces, review all relevant documentation, take photos and measurements, and create initial furniture layouts while determining the overall mood/vibe.

2. DESIGN PLANNING
Next, we focus on creating the overall design direction with specific materials, colors, finishes and key furniture pieces that will define each space. These are transferred into 2D renderings that are later developed into the final room designs.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We'll start refining and developing the space designs from Phase 2, creating technical drawings and finalizing colors, fabrics, & materials. All final deliverables are organized into a Design Package which is submitted to the architects & contractors.

4. coordination & install
Furniture and lighting pieces are presented for final approval. Approved items are purchased and tracked for delivery to receiving house until the final day of install and styling.
